Dr. Ortiz has over 18 years of healthcare experience as a doctor of physical therapy with 10 years of management and leadership experience. He also has 5 years of real estate experience and collaboration with other real estate projects. A great leader and had been a valuable part of his current organization. He co-founded 2 companies in 2012 and 2017. A Software and healthcare company respectively.
He is currently the company Chief Therapy Officer (CTO) to Ensign affiliated facilities, a Director of rehabilitation of 2 rehab facilities in the Los Angeles area, and a therapy resource at Momentum healthcare market of Ensign affiliated facilities in both Los Angeles and Orange County. Dr. Ortiz brings with him stellar records in management and leadership. With an innovative mindset that crosses outside the box development of projects and collaborations. He also conceptualized his own physical therapy application software that debuted under Moventics Corp.
Dr. Ortiz is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from De La Salle University Health and Science institute in the Philippines and finished his Doctorate in physical therapy at Evidence in Motion Institute in Kentucky. He is also a certified exercise expert for aging adults under American Physical Therapy Association and a licensed physical therapist since 2005.
He is married to a beautiful wife and has 4 wonderful kids. He loves to run and enjoy the wonderful weather of California. He is also an avid fan of dragon boating. He founded the Ensign Dragons team from which employees from his current company enjoy the sport that competes annually in the Long Beach international dragon boat competition. If you have seen his work you will know that it is 100% top-notch. Not only does he take pride in his work, but he also oversees all the subcontractors' work and makes sure it’s done correctly to surpass inspection. At the end of the day, he wants the house to sell within a week so that they can jump on to the next one. Down here in Texas, houses sell fast with a beautiful kitchen and nice restroom.

She started a solo practice in 2014 and later created Teresa A Myers PLLC is 2016 while she simultaneously began working as a full-time escrow officer.
Teresa maintained her law firm while an escrow officer and in 2018 Teresa A Myers PLLC became a Fee Office (attorney ran closing office) for a title company. But in 2020 Teresa started her own title company, Mutual Title LLC, and removed her law firm from Fee Office status.
Mutual Title LLC now handles all the commercial and residential closing transactions previously handled by her Fee Office. Teresa A Myers PLLC now focuses on commercial and real estate document preparation, assisting companies and individuals with real estate law-related issues to ensure they can sell their properties. The law firm also brokers commercial real estate transactions, assists families with estate planning, helps new businesses by preparing their business formations, and so much more.
We started with our lake house project with plans to duplicate developments like this across Texas and the US. We provide everything from investment, real estate sale, building, and development.
